My Results & How I Use It
I’m not new to microcurrent and red light therapy devices – when used properly and regularly they do promote results. But I love how the Amiro R3 Turbo combines these technologies with radiofrequency to lift and firm (I’ve never used radiofrequency before!).
I use the most intense setting for my facials and love how my skin looks more lifted after treatment – perfect when prepping for a special event! I love the full facial mode to lift and firm my entire face. One thing to note though, the gel does dry down quickly, which makes movement of the device over the skin a little tougher once dry. For this reason, I only apply gel to half my face at a time and focus treatment on that half first and then apply the gel to the other half of my face and treat that half.
Sensation? As I use an intense setting, there is a bit if a tingle on when I move the device over certain areas of my face, but nothing painful. I also find the sensation more when the gel is damp versus totally dried down. As the eye area is a bit more delicate and thinner, I sometimes turn down the intensity to 4 to reduce some of the initial tingle until I got used to it.
Ease of Use? The device itself is lightweight and easy to hold. The power button is used to toggle between treatment settings and an indicator shows which setting has been selected.
When Do I Use It? The Amiro R3 Turbo is great for use before leaving the house to lift and snatch things. However, I usually don’t have time to use this in the mornings before work, so I often get in a treatment before going to bed to look better for the rushed morning. It’s also great before I go out to an event or get together to tighten up my features.
Eye Treatment – I don’t suffer from dark under eye circles, but I do get tired, puffy looking eyes since I don’t get nearly enough sleep each night. For this reason, I love any device that can help to de-puff and tighten my entire eye area. I also have some fine lines under my eyes and less volume in that area due to age/lack of sleep, as well as heavy upper eyelids (hooded eyes) that tend to droop more when I don’t give them some TLC.
This device helps slightly smooth out my under eye area and is a great de-puffer. The eye treatment itself only takes a few minutes, so it’s great for some eye care on the go! The eye masks are a nice treat and I love that I can wear them and use the device on top at the same. The V Face masks for the jowls work in the same way.
Full Face Treatment/Jowls – I love alternating between an eye treatment or a full face treatment in the evenings. Not only is the treatment relaxing, but I love how my face looks and feels smoother and the look of my pores is minimized with continued use. My jowls at this stage aren’t too loose, but I’ll be using this device to keep them tight and in check as I age to prevent sagging.
