Kosmea is vegan-friendly (except for their Rose Lip Balm and Rescue Balm), gluten free and cruelty free. Their natural skin care products are free from artificial colours and fragrances, mineral oils, petrochemicals, parabens, sodium lauryl sulphate and animal ingredients.

The brand also lists all the preservatives they use in their products on their FAQ page.

 

Kosmea Purifying Cream Cleanser – $42.95CAD (150mL)

The Kosmea Purifying Cream Cleanser promises to wash away the grit and grime of a long day without the use of harmful chemicals. It’s formulated with premium natural ingredients to soothe and nourish the skin, such as certified organic rosehip oil (loaded with essential fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamins), avocado oil (to clean pores and provide vitamins A, B, D) and witch hazel (a natural astringent).

I immediately fell in love with this cleanser! Although I don’t like it as a makeup remover, but as a single-cleanse option.

The Kosmea Purifying Cream Cleanser has a luxuriously creamy texture and rinses away without any residue left behind. 

The subtle black licorice-like scent of this cleanser has become such a relaxing part of my day and this cleanser has become a product I look forward to using, morning or night.

Kosmea Replenishing Moisture Cream – $54.95CAD (50mL)

The Kosmea Replenishing Moisture Cream promises to intensely hydrate and replenish the skin with its antioxidant rich formula that contains white tea and Hyalurolift to plump the skin and reduce the signs of ageing. The cream is the first and only product in the Australian market to use Hyalurolift, which is a clinically tested, vegan alternative to sodium hyaluronate, or hyaluronic acid. It also comes with a handy pump, that doesn’t push out too much product at once.

The Replenishing Cream is a lovely lightweight moisturizer that spreads well, absorbs well and keeps my skin soft without any greasy residue left behind.

I’ve been using it at night before applying Kosmea’s Certified Organic Rosehip Oil and the combination is stellar! I always wake up to plump, bright skin.

Only issue? The Replenishing Cream has the most intense scent – it’s the black licorice scent of the Purifying Cleanser but 100 times stronger! As if an open package of black licorice is punching you in the face. Takes a little getting used to, but because I love how the moisturizer performs, I can get past it.

Kosmea Certified Organic Rosehip Oil – $16.95-$55.95CAD (1mL-42mL)

The star ingredient that all the Kosmea skin care products are formulated around is certified organic rosehip oil, and this facial oil  does not disappoint. It’s packed with essential fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants to promote smoother, hydrated, more even skin while helping to fade scars, reduce blemishes and fine lines and balance overly oily skin.

So, where do I get a lifetime supply?

The Kosmea rosehip oil has a gorgeous deep orange colouring and comes with a great dropper to dispense just the right amount of oil.

I love applying a couple drops of this rosehip oil all over my face and neck after the Replenishing Cream and the combination leaves my skin super soft without any greasy residue.
