3 Makeup Tutorials Worth The Watch

I love YouTube! It’s one of my guiltiest pleasures and it’s helped me through so many things like my daughter’s long, colicky nights, makeup emergencies and days when I’m just not feeling my best.

I’ve learned so much from this channel and thought I’d share a few of my favourite YouTube Makeup tutorials that helped me out in the makeup department!

Andreea Ali’s Party Makeup Tutorial

I found Ali Andreea’s YouTube Channel when I was struggling to stay awake during Iva’s bouts with colic (which lasted anywhere from 11pm-3am each night for the first 4 months – fun!). Ali’s makeup looks are STUNNING and I’m always learning a new tip or technique in her videos. Here she is below doing an “easy” party makeup look that I would never be able to achieve in my lifetime…le sigh.

Lilit Caradanian’s Makeup Tutorial To Make Lips Look Fuller

Lilit is another makeup artist I discovered on YouTube last year while trying to stay awake on maternity leave. She’s the founder of Elcie Cosmetics and can teach you a thing or two about contouring, a cut crease eyelid or the best way to apply blush for your face shape.

In the makeup tutorial below, Lilit explains how to make your lips look fuller using lip contouring.
