Eyeshadow palettes and are one of those makeup items that we never quite seem to finish but can’t resist buying more of (I have a full stack myself and I still buy more). If you’re an eyeshadow palette addict – like most makeup lovers – you probably already know that drugstore eyeshadow palettes can be just as good as high end palettes while saving you $$ in the process. And if there’s a high end palette that you’re really lusting over but can’t justify purchasing (like those pricey Natasha Denona palettes that I’d like to treat myself to) there are also a ton of eyeshadow palette dupes that give you the same shade range and similar performance to a lot of the popular high end palettes.

1 . Profusion Cosmetics Wanderlust Palette
Profusion Cosmetics is a brand that is sold in Walmart or via the brand’s website and gained notoriety after YouTube influencer Allie Glines began featuring their stunning eyeshadow palettes on her channel (I’m dying to get one for myself!). This brand has a ton of stunning eyeshadow palettes, but I’ve selected the Wanderlust palette to feature here because I’m in love with the stunning jewel tones in this palette.

2. e.l.f. Cosmetics Mad For Matte Eyeshadow Palette
e.l.f. Cosmetics is a drugstore makeup brand that has been getting better and better every year. Their releases always have me excited (they make awesome blushes, highlighters and lip glosses too!). Again, they have a huge number of eyeshadow palettes to browse, so selecting just one for this post was tough. However, I decided to go with the soft mauve tones of the Mad For Matte eyeshadow palette, which was a successful release for the brand and is still a top pick for the e.l.f. to this day (I have this palette and it’s fab for cool tone lovers looking for a matte eye look!).

3. Revolution Beauty Regeneration – Revelation Eyeshadow Palette (dupe for Huda Beauty)
Revolution Beauty is a drugstore makeup brand from the UK that is well known for making knock off or “dupes” of popular high end makeup products, especially eyeshadow palettes. So if you’re looking for a dupe for the pricey Huda Beauty Rose Gold Remastered Palette, may I present to you the Regeneration – Revelation Eyeshadow palette from Revolution Beauty instead?

4. Wet n’ Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Palettes (one dupe for Anastasia Beverly Hills)
Wet n’ Wild is a super affordable drugstore makeup brand that I love browsing every time I enter the drugstore. I really wanted to feature their Color Icon palettes because they have stood the test of time since there release several years ago and continue to perform and endure in the drugstore eyeshadow category. I personally have the $8 “Comfort Zone” palette, which is a great palette of mattes, shimmers and a duo-chrome shade (which is totally gorgeous) that will help any quick eye look you need. If you want the look of the Anastasia Beverly Hills “Modern Renaissance” palette but don’t want to shell out the $$$ for it, you can grab the Wet n’ Wild Color Icon palette in “Rose In The Air” for the same shade range and great performance for a small fraction of the price. The Color Icon range has several five of the original palettes in this line (Comfort Zone, Rose In The Air, V.I. Purple, Nude Awakening and Stop Playing) that are being phased out by the brand, so head to Amazon to grab yours before they’re no longer available!

5. e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Glitter/Metallic Shadows (single cream shadows)
I don’t always have a lot of time to add several shades to my eye look in the mornings, so having some single eyeshadow products that I can quickly dip into for a 5 minute makeup look are a must in my routine. I specifically love cream shadows because of how quick and easy they are to apply and the glorious shimmer they bring to my otherwise sleepy-looking eyes. My most recent single shadow purchase was the $5 e.l.f. Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow in “Flirty Birdy” (the brand has 5 shades in this range). It can be used as a rose gold glitter topper on the eye or as a beautiful all-over glitter on its own. They also have a Metallic liquid eyeshadow range that is equally stunning. I also use the e.l.f. Aqua Beauty Molten Liquid eyeshadow in shade “Brushed Copper” on a regular basis for a quick shimmery look.

6. Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadow (single cream shadows)
Maybelline’s Color Tattoo creams are on my drugstore makeup wish list, because I’ve become seriously obsessed with cream shadows this year. These shimmery cream shadows come in a tub and can be applied with a brush or your finger for a high sheen look.

7. Revlon So Fierce! Prismatic Eyeshadow Palette
There are 6 palettes in this range that includes creamy, gorgeous shimmer shades. This palette would be great for anyone looking for shimmery eyeshadow toppers or a single-shadow 5 minute shimmery makeup look.

8. Milani Gilded Eyeshadow Palettes
Milani has released 3 new palettes that include 12 shades (mix of mattes and shimmers) that you need in your makeup collection. The Gilded “Nude” palette looks similar to the brand’s iconic Soft & Sultry palette released a few years ago (if you can still find it, get it!), while the Gilded Terra palette has more bold, jewel tones in it.

9. Essence Cosmetics City-Theme Eyeshadow Palettes
I have a couple palettes from this range (featured here) that are great for a soft eyeshadow look. These shadows have bot mattes and shimmers in lighter pigments, which are perfect for eyeshadow beginners and blend easily on the lid.
