3 Face Masks For Instantly Glowing Skin

While my skin care routine at night is quite extensive, I do like to fit in some extra skin care TLC with a good mask and a quick browse of what’s new in the realm of beauty via Instagram or Pinterest.

So what do I look for in a good face mask? Well, I love anything hydrating, refining, soothing and glow-inducing and today I’m sharing three face masks that fit these requirements to a T!

 

Vichy Double Glow Peel Mask

Vichy’s Double Glow Peel mask is a gorgeous pink gel formulated with fine bits of volcanic stone, vitamin C, mineralizing thermal water and alpha hydroxy acids to gently break down dead skin cells for smoother, brighter skin.

Herbivore Blue Tansy Resurfacing Clarity Mask

I’ve wanted to try a Herbivore mask for ages and Blue Tansy seemed to tick all my boxes – soothing, exfoliating and glow inducing!

Made for all skin types, Blue Tansy is a cooling, gel-like face mask that includes willow bark (beta hydroxy acid for pore cleaning), fruit enzymes from papaya and pineapple (natural alpha hydroxy acids to break down dead skin cells) and blue tansy oil to gently exfoliate and smooth the skin.

This mask has a gorgeous deep blue colour (which unfortunately fades to a green-blue after opening) and a lovely earthy scent from the blue tansy oil, which itself is high in azulene; a powerful anti-inflammatory that soothes irritated skin and reduces redness.

Rebirth Beauty Activated Charcoal Mask (gifted)

When I received this mask, I initially read the “charcoal” description in the title and immediately assumed it was an oil-sucking, pore clarifying mask, but I was soooo wrong.
