This L’Oreal mascara has been a longtime favourite of makeup artists and I can’t argue with them. Despite the “voluminous” in the title, this mascara also provides awesome length in a flake-free formula and at drugstore pricing. Carbon Black is also the mascara that Kim Kardashian swears by, if that makes any difference to you.
For some extra length, you can grab the matching lash primer and apply it only to the tips.

I agree with your review on this mascara, it gives really long lashes but not so much volume wise. And yes to poking the eyes with the wand, I did it twice and OMG, I thought I was going to go blind. LOL!

Definitely not a mascara that you can slap on in a rush. But I still love the length from this one!
I definitely poked myself in the eye a few time too! This one is a bit tricky to get used to and I didn’t love the smell, but I’m trying it out and so far enjoying it!
The smell is probably my biggest issue with this mascara – I hate florals. But luxury brands seems to think we need fragrance in our products, not sure why. Thanks for reading!
