When Cosrx released their Two In One Poreless Power Liquid, I knew I had to get my greedy, skin care loving hands on it! It sold out instantly oversees upon launch, with claims of giving it’s buyer gorgeous glass skin. I waited for it to arrive on Amazon Canada and when I got the chance to buy it, you know I added that baby to my cart and anxiously awaited its arrival at my door.
In this review post, I’ll be sharing the benefits of the Cosrx Poreless Power Liquid, how to use it in your skin care routine and why I am so glad I grabbed me a bottle.

Why The Uproar About Cosrx Poreless Power Liquid?
Well, Two In One Poreless Power Liquid is formulated with 88% willow bark water and betaine salicylate (the star ingredients also found in the Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid), which work to unclog pores and reduce inflammation.
The formula also promises smoother skin, smaller pores and that “glass-like“ skin that is all the rage in Korea. OK, I’m sold. And, Two In One Poreless promises to do all this with a lower percentage of BHA (0.1% BHA to be exact) than my beloved BHA Blackhead Power Liquid (which is already pretty gentle at 4% BHA), making it great for more sensitive or drier skin types who can’t use stronger BHAs but want to get in on this party.
What skin types should use it? Cosrx Poreless Power Liquid is safe for all skin types, but will be especially beneficial for oily skin that suffers from enlarged pores, inflammation, blemishes and/or texture. It’s also perfect for dry or sensitive skin types that can’t tolerate stronger acidic treatments.
What’s In The Cosrx Poreless Power Liquid?
The beta hydroxy acid in the form of betaine salicylate is derived from sugar beets and not salicylic acid. Cosrx is known for using the minimal amount of highly-effective ingredients in their products and the Two in One Poreless Power Liquid is no exception. The two active ingredients are BHA and tannin (white willow bark).
Tannin contains skin soothing and conditioning qualities while acting as an anti-inflammatory. It also fights acne and free radical damage and acts as a natural astringent to remove excess oil and minimize pore size.

How To Use The Cosrx Poreless Power Liquid
Two In One Poreless Power Liquid is a leave-on exfoliating treatment that’s applied to skin after cleansing and toning face and neck, pour the small amount of product onto hands or cotton pads and pat gently onto skin. Avoid the eyes and lip area.
Packaging and texture: The bottle comes with an easy to use pump and is fragrance free. The liquid itself is a clear, watery liquid that has a silky texture that spreads easily onto skin. It feels more like an essence than the usual exfoliating toner.
Can you use Cosrx Poreless Liquid every day? Yes, it is super gentle and can be used on skin daily as long as your skin tolerates daily use. Obviously, if you experience any irritation with it, reduce usage as needed.

How I Use It
Cosrx recommends this liquid be used as a treatment, which would come after cleansing and toning skin. I personally like to use this directly after cleansing my skin and then apply a hydrating toner afterwards. Given the oil controlling properties, I enjoy using the Poreless Power Liquid in my morning skin care routine.
It absorbs into the skin seamlessly and applies so easily thanks to the slight slipperiness of the formula. Afterwards, I would apply a hydrating serum, eye cream, moisturizer and sunscreen to complete my morning routine.
Results? I love this product! I leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated and definitely more smooth and refined. The formula is so gentle, which is especially important to me now that my skin has gotten more dry and dehydrated with age. I try to stay away from products that dry me out in any way and this liquid treats my skin while leaving if feeling soothed, nourished and noticeably glowy.
