Put away your phones, tablets and other devices an hour before bed and set a reasonable time to get into bed at each night to ensure you get at least 7 hours of sleep.

Try a relaxing bath or stretching routine before bed to boost circulation and relieve tension or put on some relaxing music or white noise to lull you into slumber.

Following a great skin care routine or investing in fancy beauty treatments will never keep you looking your best if you don’t wear sunscreen regularly. Any time you are exposed to daylight (UV rays), whether it be from sitting in front of a window, sitting in the sun or out on a cloudy day, you must be wearing sunscreen and wearing enough sunscreen to get the UV protection promised on the sunscreen bottle.

Sunscreen protects your skin from sun damage that can cause dark spots and wrinkles to form and should be a part of your everyday skin care routine all year round (yes, in winter too). To ensure you are applying enough sunscreen to your face (about a 1/2 teaspoon), apply three fingers worth of sunscreen and massage it in until absorbed.
