Do you pay attention to what’s in your beauty products?
Truthfully, I haven’t totally jumped onto the clean beauty bandwagon yet, but I have been trying to educate myself on beauty product ingredients and trying to focus on “cleaner” alternatives where I can.
Luckily I didn’t have any worries about the ingredients in the items I received from Kora Organics, a brand founded by Miranda Kerr that prides itself on cruelty free, clean beauty products made with certified organic and natural ingredients such as noni extract, rosehip oil, sea buckthorn oil and green tea. Noni Night AHA Resurfacing Serum – $72USD, 30mL
This lovely serum comes in an airtight bottle with a pump and is made with alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) and natural ferments to remove dull, dead skin cells from your skin for a smoother, brighter and more refined complexion. The Certified Organic active ingredients in this serum include:

How To Use: I warm a pea-sized amount of this serum in my hands and it apply it to my face and neck after cleansing, toning and applying my night time essence (I normally use an exfoliating toner at night, but skip it when I apply this serum). The serum itself has a gel-cream texture and a slightly gritty feeling when applied to the skin, with a mild tingle. This serum is vegan, cruelty free and fragrance free.
Results: I normally don’t use resurfacing serums – I rely on exfoliating toners and peels most of the time – but I enjoyed this one. It definitely minimized my pores and helped smooth my face and didn’t give my any irritation or dryness on my skin. If you’re looking for a fast-acting resurfacing serum to refresh your complexion, the Noni AHA Resurfacing Serum is a brilliant choice.

Noni Glow Face Oil – $68USD – 30mL
I’ve become a huge fan of facial oils this year. I previously only used them in the dead of winter, but have changed my routine to include them as a night-time top up for my skin all year round. Excitement was abound when I opened the Noni Glow Face Oil for the first time! Its gorgeous golden formula is not only stunning to look at, but is formulated to smooth, nourish and brighten skin after a month of regular use and is made with:

Results: I love this oil! My skin always feels amazingly soft in the morning after I use it and I love how lightweight yet nourishing it is. Given how lightweight it is, I feel that even oilier skin types would love the Noni Glow Face Oil – it’s superb!

Rose Quartz Luminizer – $28USD, 6g
Since I’ve been inundated with skin care products this past year, I decided to choose a makeup product from this line as my third product choice, and selected the Rose Quartz Luminizer. This organic luminizer is made with finely crushed rose quartz to give it its lovely pink hue and is made with Noni Extract, Coconut Oil and Rosehip Oil to melt into the skin, leaving behind a dewy finish.
How To Use: I use my fingers to lightly dab this cream luminizer onto the high points of my cheeks for a radiant finish. You can apply it anywhere you want for some extra glow and you’ll want to put it everywhere once you try this little pot of magic!
