I fell in love with the Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Night Care Extreme Pads a couple years ago and still have a tub of them in my exfoliant basket (yes, my exfoliants have their own basket, because I have way too many).
So when I saw this Glycolic Fix Cleanser and Overnight Purifying Gel on sale at my drugstore, I purchased them and crossed my fingers that they would reach Holy Grail status like their Night Care Extreme Pads predecessor did.
Nip+Fab Glycolic Cleansing Fix
Nip+Fab’s Glycolic Cleansing Fix is a foaming facial cleanser made with glycolic acid to exfoliate and brighten while leaving your skin fresh and clean.
I’ve been enjoying this foaming cleanser as a second cleanse at night after removing my makeup. A pea-sized amount massaged onto wet skin is enough to get a good foam going and it leaves my skin squeaky clean, but not tight or dry. It definitely works to deep clean pores and if I want a bit more exfoliating action, I’ll leave it on for a minute or so before rinsing to let the acid do its thing. If I use it in the morning, my makeup applies even better.
Its serious oil-fighting ability means that I would only recommend this cleanser to normal or oily skin types looking to de-gunk their skin for the day.

Nip+Fab Glycolic Overnight Purifying Gel
This overnight purifying gel is formulated with:
– Glycolic acid to exfoliate, increase cell turnover and fade discolouration
– Salicyclic acid to deep clean pores and fight blackheads and blemishes
– Niacinimide to reduce pores and sebum production
The gel is clear and on the thicker side with a light citrus scent, similar to the scent of my beloved Glycolic Fix Night Care Extreme Pads. I apply the Purifying Gel onto my nose, chin and cheeks (a.k.a the spots where I have the most texture) after applying my serums during my night time skin care routine.
I love that my pores are smaller the day after using Nip+Fab’s Overnight Purifying gel, but I hate that the gel tends to pill when you massage moisturizer on top of it. I’ve found really massaging the gel into the skin until it fully absorbs gets rid of the pilling and gives me a nice facial massage too.
